Return/Refund Policy

1. No Order Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled. We encourage customers to review their orders carefully before completing the purchase.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
We offer a complete refund for products that are damaged or defective upon delivery. To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • Valid proof (such as images or videos) of the damage or defect must be provided.
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

3. Refund Process

  • Once the submitted proof is verified, a refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that are not damaged or defective.
  • Items without valid proof of damage.
  • Requests made after 7 days from the date of delivery.
