You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if the product you received is damaged or defective.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (order ID or invoice).
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same product, please contact us.
