Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if the product you received is damaged or defective.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (order ID or invoice).

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same product, please contact us.
