- 01how fast do you actually ship?
- Orders leave our Delhi basement within a working day, and land anywhere in India in 2–5 days. Shipping is free on everything, with no minimum cart value and no surcharge for far-off pin codes.
- 02can i pay when it arrives?
- Yes — cash on delivery works on every pin code we ship to. Paying online takes a further 10% off the total, which is the entire reason anybody pays online.
- 03what if it arrives damaged?
- Tell us within seven days of delivery and we will exchange it or refund it. Email customersupport@adeloft.com with your order ID and photos of the damage. Returns and exchanges are for damaged or defective products only; the returns policy has the details.
- 04which one should i buy first?
- Magmate Classic is how most families meet us: ten-minute rounds, ages three and up, ₹599, and it goes everywhere. For a bigger, louder group, start with Black Sheep. Still unsure? Answer three quick questions and we’ll pick one for you.
- 05are these really okay for kids?
- Every box carries an age rating and we mean it. The magnetic sets say 3+ with adult supervision, because swallowed magnets are a genuine emergency. Word and bluffing games start at 6+ and 12+ respectively — mostly because younger players cannot keep a straight face.
- 06do you do bulk or corporate orders?
- Often. Offices, schools, Diwali hampers and one memorable wedding. Email customersupport@adeloft.com with a rough count and we will quote, invoice properly and ship to as many addresses as you need.
