when your order leaves us
Orders placed before 4pm on a working day are packed and handed to the courier the same evening. Anything later, or on a Sunday, goes out the next working day.
You get an email with a tracking ID beginning ADL as soon as the label is printed. The courier page usually starts showing movement within 24 hours of that email.
how long it takes
Delhi NCR lands in 1–2 days, the other metros in 2–3, and the rest of India in 3–5. Remote pin codes and the fortnight around Diwali can add a day.

if nobody is home
The courier attempts delivery three times and will call before each attempt. After the third, the box comes back to us — at which point you can choose a full refund or a resend to a different address, at no extra cost.
damaged in transit
If the outer packaging arrives crushed, photograph it before you open it and email us within 48 hours. We replace damaged boxes straight away and we do not ask you to ship the broken one back.
orders outside india
We only ship within India today. If you want a box sent abroad, email us — we will hand it to your courier of choice at cost, but we cannot promise their timelines.
